Shipping & Returns

Every item is authenticated in hand and ships from our own warehouse. Here is exactly what to expect.

Shipping

  • Standard shipping is free on every order to the United States and Canada, whatever the order size.
  • Delivery takes 3 to 7 business days. Orders are checked, photographed and boxed in our warehouse, usually within one business day, and ship with tracking.
  • You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves us.
  • Orders to Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the carrier on delivery. These are the buyer's responsibility.
  • Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.

Returns

  • You have 14 days from delivery to request a return on any item, for any reason.
  • Items must be unworn and in the condition they arrived, with all original tags, packaging, box and accessories. Sneakers must not have been worn outdoors.
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service. If an item arrived damaged or not as described, we cover the return shipping.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of the item arriving at our warehouse and passing inspection. The original shipping charge is not refunded unless the return is our error.
  • We do not offer exchanges. Most items are stocked in a single size, so if you need a different size, place a new order and return the first one.

How to start a return

  1. Email lockergoodsapp@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, which starts with LG-, and the reason for the return.
  2. We reply within one business day with the return address and instructions. Please do not ship anything back before you hear from us.
  3. Pack the item in its original box inside a shipping box, as it arrived, and send it with tracking.
  4. Once it arrives and passes inspection, your refund is issued and you receive a confirmation email.

Authenticity guarantee

Every item we sell is verified authentic before it is listed and again before it ships. If an independent authenticator ever finds an item from us to be inauthentic, we refund the order in full, including all shipping costs.
