Who we are

Locker Goods is an independent reseller of sneakers, apparel, accessories and collectibles based in the United States. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Nike, Jordan Brand, adidas, New Balance or any other brand whose products we sell. Brand names and style codes are used only to identify the items.

Products and authenticity

• Every item is sold as brand new and unworn unless its listing says otherwise, and every item is verified authentic before it ships.
• Most items are stocked in a single size. Availability shown on the site is updated as items sell, but two people can occasionally buy the last pair within moments of each other. If that happens, the second order is cancelled and refunded in full, including shipping, and we will let you know within one business day.
• Product photos are supplied by the brands or by StockX and show the model and colorway. Minor variations in packaging and accessories between production runs are normal.

Orders, pricing and payment

• Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your order is confirmed when payment is complete and you receive an order number beginning with LG-.
• If a listing shows an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than ship at that price.
• We may decline or cancel orders that our payment processor flags as high risk, that ship to an address we cannot verify, or that appear to be placed by resellers using automated tools.

Shipping and returns

Shipping rates, delivery times, the 14-day return window and the return process are set out on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier marks the package delivered. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can file a claim and make it right.

Using the site

• You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.
• Please do not scrape the site, place fraudulent orders, or interfere with the store's operation.
• The site's design and text are ours. Product images belong to their respective owners.

Warranties and liability

Beyond our authenticity guarantee and the return rights described above, items are sold as described and without other warranties, express or implied, to the extent the law allows. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer protection law gives you and that cannot be waived.

Disputes and governing law

If something goes wrong, email us first at lockergoodsapp@gmail.com and we will try to sort it out quickly. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
